So on Friday morning DJ called and asked if we wanted to go to Canada
for the weekend. I packed the bags and we left after DJ got off work. We
took the Ferry and the kids loved it. It was my first trip to Canada.
It was an amazing trip! I love Victoria, it is beautiful and reminded me
of England. It was also the first Taxi ride for me and the kids. We
visited a fun farm where the kids got to pet baby goats. And we visited
a dutch bakery! Then we did all our sightseeing, we left the car in the
US so we walked or grabbed a taxi to get around. The Empress hotel was
amazing and we had dinner at the Crystal Garden. Then we took a
carriage ride! Probably Sammy and Anna's favorite thing ever! We loved
the ferry ride home as well. It was a fun weekend and a last hurrah for
the summer.
